Our residential homes

The Old Rectory (25 bedrooms) and Bramley House (40 bedrooms) are luxury residential care homes, set in beautiful old buildings and surrounded by lovely gardens. We pride ourselves on the standard of accommodation and services that we offer our residents.  It is therefore essential that we have a dedicated skilled maintenance team on hand to help with the general upkeep of our lovely buildings and gardens.

What about Covid-19?

Our existing staff have all been vaccinated against Covid-19 and any new staff would be vaccinated as soon as this could be arranged. Our staff are given ongoing practical and emotional support to help them cope with the current challenges. We always ensure that our staff are fully provided with all the PPE they need to ensure not only their own safety but the safety of our clients as well.

What hours would I need to work?

We are seeking a full time role and our maintenance team is expected to be available from 8.00am until 5.00pm.

What would I get paid?

The salary for this role ranges from £22,800 to £26,000, depending on your skills and experience.

What skills and experience would I need?

We are looking for an experienced person to join our maintenance team who oversee the general upkeep of our two beautiful care homes.  You must be self motivated, be able to work on initiative and as part of a team.

What to expect…

Duties would include internal and external painting and decorating, grounds and facilities maintenance and on call duties.
