  1. A trip down the Kennet & Avon Canal

    Bramley House residents took a trip on the Kennet & Avon Canal this summer. Enjoying a cruise along the Avon Cliff Aquaduct while enjoying an on board picnic. Later they stopped off at a cafe to indulge in some ice creams and drinks. What a lovely way to spend the day.

  2. Hawaii comes to The Old Rectory

    Residents and their friends and families were treated to a Hawaiian evening last week at The Old Rectory in Stalbridge. Our lovely cooks Michelle and Danni laid on a lovely spread and we danced to Hawaiian music and to David Toone the violinist. A lot of fun was had by all.      

  3. A Cooling Visit to The Blue Pool

    This week the activities coordinators at The Old Rectory treated residents to a visit to The Blue Pool & Tearooms near Warham. Perfect weather for a cream tea in the sunshine in beautiful surroundings.  

  4. Keep Cool & Hydrated

    With the high temperatures we are experiencing this week it is important to keep cool. Bramley Care has some tips and advice to help keep cool and hydrated as temperatures continue to remain high.  

  5. Cupcake Day 2018 – 14th June

    Bramley House residents joined in with the Alzheimer’s Society Cupcake Day today. Enjoying cupcakes and raising money for people affected by dementia.                      

  6. Sunshine and Donkeys at Weston-super-Mare

    Bramley House residents and staff enjoyed a trip to Weston-super-Mare this week.  They picked the perfect sunny day and enjoyed fish and chips followed by ice creams and drinks by the beach in the sunshine.   7. Sherborne Castle Country Fair 2018

    Come and see us at the Sherborne Castle Country Fair 2018 Bramley Care will be at stand 221, come and talk to us about the Home Care and Residential Care that we provide. We will have information available and staff on hand for you to talk to. We look forward to seeing you.

  8. Pampering Our Bramley House Residents

    Many thanks to Gemma who visited Bramley House to show us her Body Shop products and to give free hand massages to residents.  What a treat.

  9. Abseiling for Alzheimer’s

    Judith from Bramley Home Care in Sherborne is braving dizzying heights to abseil at the quarry at Portland Bill Quarry on the 20th May to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society and other small animal charities. If you would like to support Judith in her brave abseil then click here.

  10. Raising money for St Margaret’s Hospice

    Our Kitchen and Care teams at The Old Rectory in Stalbridge are dusting off their tutu’s and trainers to take part in the St Margaret’s Hospice Glitter Run at Wincanton Race Course on the 20th May.
