Bramley Care is a family-run business that specialises in providing bespoke, professional care for older people and people in the community. Millbrook House is one of our three homes and is an exceptional 29 bed residential care home.
​
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Admin Assistant. Responsibilities include -
-
Answering the phone, dealing with general enquiries, explaining our services and procedures to potential customers
-
Assisting with timesheets and payroll information
-
Providing general admin support to the Manager
-
Manual and electronic filing and general office duties
​​
The following education and skills are highly desirable:
-
Computer literate to include browser based software, Word and Excel
-
Excellent telephone manner, communication and organisational skills
-
Excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Excel and Word
-
A good standard of general education
-
A minimum of two year's experience of working in a similar environment within the past five years
