Comprehensive Needs Assessment
Following the initial enquiry the registered manager will arrange a visit to complete a comprehensive needs assessment.
This enables us to build a profile of our customer and then together we can establish the package of care and support that is personalised to suit.
The care plan will incorporate a risk assessment and reflect personal preferences to achieve our customer’s desired outcomes.
We will consider the time periods required, skill mix, compatibility of the staff and geographical factors involved in each case.
