Bramley Home Care services

Bramley Home Care is an established independent, family run home care provider with many years of experience in providing reliable, high quality professional care. Our aim is to provide a service that enables our customers to remain living independently in the comfort of their own home.

The Bramley Home Care staff are at the heart of everything we do.

At Bramley Home Care we treat all of our clients equally, with dignity and respect,  and welcome and support the ever changing diversity of people. 

 

Fully qualified supported and well-trained team members

All of our care staff hold either a Care Certificate, a Health & Social Care Diploma Level 2 or above so are qualified to provide excellent care. We also encourage and provide further training and career development.

Our care packages

Supporting independence - Promotion and support of our customer’s independence is important to us and we recognise that it is their right to choose how their care is planned. At Bramley Home Care we pride ourselves on encouraging independent home living with a little help from ourselves ensuring that our clients receive person centred care with the dignity and respect that they deserve and that they remain in total control of how their care is given. 

 

Personal Care – includes washing, bathing, shaving, oral hygiene, dressing, assistance in and out of bed and support with continence management. We can prompt and administer medications and check skin integrity etc.

Domestic services including cleaning, laundry and tidying. Preparation and serving of meals. Transport and escorts for medical appointments. We know that it is important to have the right amounts of food, consumables etc at home, and are able to offer either a assisted trip to the shops or a full shopping service to ensure that you have everything you need at home. We’ll do all the hard work for you, from visiting the shops on your behalf to packing everything away for you.

Companionship services where we provide a companionship service to our service users. Our carers are there to reduce or prevent a client’s loneliness, which can help to ease pressure for families who are living miles apart or are unable to visit regularly.

Check on or home sitting service - If you are caring for a loved one and need to go to a meeting, an appointment, or just need time for yourself. Why not take advantage of our home sitting service. Our staff are all DBS checked and will look after your loved, letting you go about your business stress-free.

 

Home maintenance - We also have local contractors who can assist with issues such as electrics, windows, locks and much more.

Our packages can include visits from as little as a 10 minute pop-in to full-time palliative care and support at home.  We can also adapt our packages to meet specific customer requirements.

Keeping family updated

We fully understand that family and loved ones will want to be updated and involved in the care that is given. We therefore use an electronic system called Tagtronics to help manage the care of our clients.  We use it to record real-time, accurate, up-to-date information about our clients’ health and well-being, which is instantly accessible to everyone in their care team.  Clients’ loved ones are able to access this information through the Tagtronics Family & Friends App. The Family & Friends App is specifically designed to allow family members to get closer to the care provided to their loved ones, allowing them to feel totally secure in the quality of the care we provide.

If you have a relative or friend that is receiving our care Tagtronics lets you view key information about our care service.

This can include:

 

• Scheduled visits
• Visit durations
• Tasks carried out by the carer
• Medication administered
• Visit summaries including an update on general wellbeing. 

We will provide you with a secure log in to keep you fully updated with all the information needed for your peace of mind.
