Bramley House is currently looking to recruit a full time Night Shift Lead Carer.

​

Bramley House is a 42 bed residential care home, situated in the historical village of Mere just beneath the South Downs and is part of Bramley Care, a family-run business, consisting of three luxury residential care homes and a home care agency. 

​

As a lead carer you would take responsibility for the care of our residents during your night shift, you would be required to dispense medication, and carry out personal care duties such as bathing, dressing and assisting toileting/incontinence care. You would take an interest in the residents and clients, helping them to live as full and enjoyable a life as their health permits. You would also be required to support and supervise other staff and carry out certain administrative duties, such as updating care records.

Essential requirements:

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar lead/senior/supervisory role

• Experience in residential care

• Medication trained

Desirable requirements:

• Nourish experience would be an advantage

​

Expected hours:

• Full time. Rota to be agreed.

• Shift times will be 8.00pm - 8.00am

Rates of pay:
£13/hr weekdays, £14/hr weekends
