Introducing the Bramley Pre-Care Home Hub

At Bramley Care, we understand how vital it is for families to stay informed about their loved one’s wellbeing. That is why we are proud to introduce the Bramley Pre Care Home Hub, an innovative, unobtrusive way to ensure your loved ones are safe and comfortable in their own home.

 

Using discreet sensors, with no cameras or microphones, this system knows your loved one’s daily routines and alerts family members or carers when something seems unusual. Whether it is mum not getting up as usual, or the home being too cold, hot, or humid, you will be notified when something matters. It is peace of mind without intrusion.

Key Features of the Bramley Pre-Care Home Hub*

  • Contactless fall detection - No need for buttons or wearable devices. Smart sensors detect possible falls and raise alerts automatically preserving dignity and privacy.

  • Sleep & routine monitoring - Changes in sleep or movement patterns can indicate health concerns. Our system flags these early, enabling faster, more targeted support.

  • Comfort & environmental safety - The system monitors for unsafe temperatures,  humidity or carbon monoxide. If any reading exceeds safe levels, an alert is sent, helping your loved one stay safe, warm, and energy efficient at home.

  • Prompts and reminders - Sends notifications to the user of up and coming appointments and visits as well as reminders to complete tasks, helping to promote independent living.

  • Secure voice and video calling - Offers a closed and secure connection between the user, their nominated responders (family and friends) and care provider, with one button press, removing the worry of fraudulent calls.

  • SOS button - A simple and easy way for the user to call for help if needed. 

  • Carer check-in / check-out - Providing peace of mind that scheduled visits have taken place. 

  • Health and wellbeing checks -  Regular surveys, helping to provide earlier indication of any potential deterioration in the users health or wellbeing, preventing delays in treatment or intervention.

  • Family App - Providing insights in to the users activities, direct secure voice and video calls, alerts to any changes in the users wellbeing or home environment.
