Job description

Bramley House, a luxury residential care home in Mere, Wiltshire, is looking for a part-time Kitchen Assistant. The role is a variety of shifts over a two week rota. Some shifts would be from 7.00am to 2.30pm and others from 2.00pm to 7.00pm, on a variety of days, including alternate weekends. Days and shifts to be discussed in more detail at interview.

Some cooking experience is required but full training would be provided.

​

Your job would involve:

• Assisting the cook with preparing food.

• Washing up.

• General domestic tasks in the kitchen.

• Serving snacks and drinks to the residents.

• Taking menu choices from the residents.

• Cooking breakfast and serving supper.

Pay:

£12.21 per hour weekdays / £13.21 per hour weekends

Expected hours:

Shifts would be from 7.00am to 2.30pm or from 2.00pm to 7.00pm
