Millbrook House our 29 bed residential care home in Child Okeford is recruiting for a full-time Care Assistant.

​

Millbrook House prides itself on the high standard of care provided to its residents. As a member of the Millbrook House team you will receive full training within the home or at our dedicated training centre and will be encouraged to develop your career as a professional carer.

Brief job description:

• To provide personal care to the residents

• To carry out assigned care tasks as directed by the Senior Care Assistant

• To lend support to, and to take an interest in the residents to help them to live as full and as enjoyable a life as their health permits

• To help with the running of the home and (when time allows) domestic duties

• To promote a harmonious, helpful and friendly atmosphere

Hours:

• Full-time Day shifts. Shift times 8.00am - 2.00pm & 2.00pm - 8.00pm. Rota to be discussed at interview.

£12.71/hr weekdays, £13.71/hr weekends
