Job description

Bramley Care is a family-run business that specialises in providing bespoke, professional care for older people and people in the community.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Administrator to support our expanding and growing business. Responsibilities include -
​

Answering the phone, deal with general enquiries for the group, explain our services and procedures to potential customers and forward calls onto the Managers

Collating and manage job applications

Provide general admin support to the Home Care team

Manual and electronic filing and general office duties
-
Providing assistance with the coordination of care visits using our electronic planning system
The following education and skills are highly desirable:

Computer literate to include browser based software, Word and Excel
-
Excellent telephone manner, communication and organisational skills
-
Excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Excel and Word
-
A good standard of general education
-
A minimum of two year's experience of working in a similar environment within the past five years
-
NVQ level three in care and experience in providing would be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,660.00 per year
