£23,660.00 per annum

 

Job description

​

Bramley Care is a family-run business that specialises in providing bespoke, professional care for older people and people in the community.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Administrator to support our expanding and growing business. Responsibilities include -

​

  • Answering the phone, deal with general enquiries for the group, explain our services and procedures to potential customers and forward calls onto the Managers

  • Collating and manage job applications

  • Provide general admin support to the Home Care team

  • Manual and electronic filing and general office duties

  • Providing assistance with the coordination of care visits using our electronic planning system

 

The following education and skills are highly desirable:

​

  • Computer literate to include browser based software, Word and Excel

  • Excellent telephone manner, communication and organisational skills

  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Excel and Word

  • A good standard of general education

  • A minimum of two year's experience of working in a similar environment within the past five years

  • NVQ level three in care and experience in providing would be an advantage

 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,660.00 per year
