The Old Rectory Residential Care Home in Stalbridge, Dorset, is looking for a part- time care assistant to provide quality care to its residents.

​​​

The Old Rectory, prides itself on the high standard of care provided to its residents. As a member of The Old Rectory team you will receive full training within the home or at our dedicated training centre and will be encouraged to develop your career as a professional Carer.

​

Your role will include:

• Providing personal care and support to residents

• Carrying out care tasks as directed by the Senior Care Assistant

• Supporting residents to enjoy an active and fulfilling lifestyle

• Taking an interest in residents and promoting their wellbeing and independence

• Helping with the day-to-day running of the home

• Creating a friendly, caring and welcoming environment

Hours

21 hours per week. Shifts 7.00am - 2.00pm and 2.00pm – 9.00pm, including alternate weekends.

​

​Rates of pay:

£12.71 per hour, plus an additional £1.00 per hour weekend enhancement.
