The Old Rectory in Stalbridge (25 bedrooms), Millbrook House in Child Okeford (29 bedrooms) and Bramley House in Mere (40 bedrooms) are luxury residential care homes, set in beautiful old buildings and surrounded by lovely gardens. We pride ourselves on the standard of accommodation and services that we offer our residents. It is therefore essential that we have a dedicated multi skilled maintenance team on hand to help with the general upkeep of our lovely buildings and gardens.

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. ​You would be expected to be available on site for 8hrs per day Monday to Friday.

​You must be self-motivated, be able to work on initiative and as part of a team. ​Duties would include internal and external painting and decorating, grounds, and facilities maintenance and on call duties.

​

The position would be primarily based at The Old Rectory in Stalbridge, but you will also be required to work at our other care homes or at our home care offices in Shaftesbury.

Job Type: Full time. Permanent.

Pay: £15.00 per hour

​

Expected hours: 40 per week (8 hours per day)
