Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit caring and reliable full-time and part-time Home Care Assistants to join our friendly team.
 

The role involves supporting people in their own homes with day-to-day care and helping them maintain their independence while remaining in the comfort of their local community.

At Bramley Care, we are committed to supporting our team’s career progression through continuous development opportunities, NVQ qualifications, ongoing support and pay progression.

Hours:​

  • Monday - Sunday

  • Morning shifts: starting from 7.00am until 10.00am/11.00am 

  • Evening shifts: starting from 4.00pm until 10.00pm


Pay and benefits:​

  • Basic rate: up to £14.53 per hour

  • NVQ Level 2: up to £15.14 per hour

  • NVQ Level 3: up to £15.69 per hour

  • Paid travel time between visits

  • 40p per mile for those using their own vehicle

  • Company car available for those committing to 30+ hours per week

  • Ongoing training and support​

Essential requirements:​​

  • ​All applicants MUST currently hold a Full UK driving licence.

  • Full time applicants must be prepared to relocate to the area, if currently residing outside of it.

​
